Attorney Quinlan has offices located at the intersection of Route 122, and Route 16, about a mile from the Uxbridge District Court, in the heart of Uxbridge, Massachusetts.

        After serving honorably in the United States Army, both in the United States and in the Republic of Korea, Attorney Quinlan graduated from the University of Massachusetts, with a Bachelor of Science degree in management information systems. He then attended law school on a full scholarship, graduating from New England School of Law (now New England Law – Boston) in 2005, with honors. While studying at New England, Attorney Quinlan was selected for membership on the prestigious New England Law Review, and also participated in the Finance Committee and Real Estate Probate and Trust Club.

        Attorney Quinlan has been active in public affairs since passing the Bar in 2005. He was elected to the Northbridge Housing Committee in 2008, and was appointed a member of the Northbridge Zoning Board of Appeals by the Northbridge Board of Selectmen in 2004. He has also dedicated a significant amount of his time to rendering legal services for the indigent, either on a pro bono, or reduced fee, basis.

        Attorney Quinlan has substantial courtroom experience, in the District Court, Superior Court, Land Court, Housing Court, and Probate and Family Court, as well as significant appellate experience in the Massachusetts Appeals Court. He has also petitioned before several municipal and state boards.
